Position:              Part-time IT Helpdesk Student

Education:

2nd year or above in an IT related course.

This position is designed for work experience for Students currently studying or just finished. The IT manager is ideally looking for 2nd Year students upwards who would like to work throughout their college year & summers.

Part-time,no more than 25 hours a week as we don’t want it to impact on your studies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide end user support to all help desk requests.
  • Provides technical, operations, and training support (both by telephone and in person) to users of personal computers relative to desktop hardware and software packages.
  • Troubleshoot and attempt to resolve all first level hardware and software problems.
  • Provide callers with information on overall computer environment status (outages, system performance issues, change management.)
  • Tracks all problem reports including resolution.
